It is the year 2000. Two years ago, Harry Potter destroyed Lord Voldemort and half the school in a battle in the Great Hall. Now, the school is almost finished being repaired and life in the Wizarding World is changing all around us.
At Hogwarts, life is just about as normal as can be expected and a good deal more normal than some people are used to. But kids will be kids, and they still need an education.
