LUCY PEVENSIE.I have a dream, a fantasy, to help me through reality. And my destination, makes it worth the while, pushing through the darkness, still another mile. I believe in angels, something good in every I see. Across the the stream, I have a dream.
OOC alias: Ellie. experience: around four years now. how did you find us: sellis and rachel, yo. other characters: nope. rules password: the latern.
THE BASICS name: Lucy Pevensie. nicknames: Lu, Little One age: fourteen. birthdate: May 21st, 1932. rank: Queen. occupation: Queen of Narnia.
THE PHYSICAL body type: Lucy is just now reaching adolescence, which means she's finally beginning to grow. At this current moment, she's still short and very thin, and she's beginning to think she's going to be stuck as small forever, but at this current moment, it's impossible to tell. hair: Her hairstyle hasn't changed much since she was younger. It remained the same auburn color, and is usually left down and braided around the top. Admittedly, it's a bit longer and progressively more wavy. eyes: Lucy has big brown eyes, which always seem to grow wide with curiousity. They happen to draw in the attention of the people around her like a magnet. height: 5'0 weight: 100. facial features: Her cheeks have a natural pink tinge, and her face is so far unblemished. Light freckles trace the length of her face, and whenever she smiles 'simply adorable' dimples make themselves visable.. clothing: Being a female, and being the queen, Lucy has access to many magnificent dresses, and admittedly she enjoys them. But she really would't mind wearing some old ones, or even some simple riding clothes though, she's very easy to please in this department. racial features: Lucy is very much a human, with arms and legs, two eyes, one head, two ears on each side, and a nose and mouth. anything else: Even now at age fourteen, Lucy has incredibly small hands and long, thin fingers. This has come in handy for certain tasks that require close and precise work, like putting fine detail on an object. Admittedly, Queen Lucy has excellent craftsmanship, even though the task usually becomes tedious after awhile.. playby: Georgie Henley.
THE MENTAL likes: + Music... Tin Whistles more specifically (Coughtumnuscough) + Fireplaces + Flowers + Aslan + Her family + All of Narnia + The trees + Horses + Stories + Dancing + Playing Games
dislikes: - The Cold - Dresses that are too long - Royal Duties - Whenever her siblings try to act more grown up than they are. - Sitting around, waiting - People not Believing in her - The fact that she's so short - Feeling Helpless - Being treated like a child, who knows nothing - Her Physical Appearance - Her cousin
strengths: * Honesty * Loyalty * Faith where other lack it * Good Craftsmanship (small detailing on arrows, crafts, excetera) * Courage in the face of danger
weaknesses: x Jealousy toward her siblings x A little bit clumsy x Death x Stubborn x Childish
goals: ^ To See Aslan again someday soon ^ Become just as good of a ruler as her siblings fears: ! Being Alone ! Graveyards ! The ocean (she can't swim well)
general personality: Lucy has always been the youngest, and most childish of the Pevensies. She has always been thought to have a overractive imagination, and seems to know things that seem like a tale at the time. But the things she's seen, such as Narnia and Aslan, are very much real, as her siblings now know.
She hates being scolded for making things up, for she always tells the truth. It is nearly impossible for the girl to lie to people. She always feels bad about it afterwards, and doesn't really see a reason to lie.
Lucy despises tedious work, and would much rather do something fun instead of doing her 'royal duties'. But she's also sick of being looked down on as stupid, or not taken seriously because of her childish qualities. Currently, she's making more of an attempt to be more like her sister, Susan. Everyone takes her seriously. .
THE HISTORICAL parents: just their names, optional. siblings: Edmund Pevensie, sixteen. Susan Pevensie, eighteen. Peter Pevensie, nineteen. history: In 1939, there was a terrible war raging in the Pevensie's midst. The children's father was off fighting in it, leaving only their mother to watch after the four of them. During a bombing, their house was destroyed, but all of them made it out alive by hiding in an old storm shelter. It was announced then after that children would be transported to other's homes, and orphanages outside the country, so they could grow up and be safe. Lucy, being only seven years old at the time, longed to stay with her mother, but didn't make a fuss as she knew this was going to be hard enough on all of them without having to deal with a whining child.
The lived in the house of an old professor, who from what they had heard was a very busy man who did not like to be disturbed. That's what the Mcready said anyway. The four children did their best to entertain themselves, but after a mere few days, the house was boring as ever, especially in when it begun to rain and they could not go outside. A simple game of hide-and-seek had lead to the discovery of a fantastical new world. Lucy had found the snowy land through the back of an old wardrobe in the spare room. She met her first narnian, Mr. Tumnus, a faun. He invited her back to his cave for tea. There, he intended to kidnap her, under the evil White Witch's orders, but he couldn't, and would pay dearly for defying her. Even knowing this, he led Lucy back from where she came. Of course, none of her siblings had believed she had been gone for hours, as she now knows time moves much differently in Narnia and Earth.
In the middle of the night, when she couldn't sleep, she decided to go visit the faun again, and she had discovered her newly found friend was alright. Her brother, Edmund, had followed her and met a very different sort of Narnian, the woman responsible for making it always winter and never Christmas. But back at the mansion, he denied ever being there and Lucy was scolded for her overractive imagination once again. But she was telling the truth.
With all four humans in Narnia at last, the prophecy was to be fufilled, and the land would be saved. But not if the white witch had anything to do with it. In exchange for Edmund (the bloody traitor he was) Aslan the great lion laid down his life for him. Susan and Lucy had wept over his large furry body, and he rose again, breaking the stone table so that no one need be sacrificed any longer. Through a long and large battle, they had managed to defeat the White Witch, bringing peace and prosperity to Narnia once again. ~~~ The Pevensies returned to Narnia after about a year of earth time. There, they were to first find their way, to help this person who was to be the new king, Caspian. Along their journey, Lucy had seen Aslan, but again, no one believed her. Defeating Miraz, Caspian was crowned king. They were about to return, but by Aslan's will, the four royals remained in Narnia. ~~~ Two years ago, Lucy and Edmund, along with their estranged cousin Eustace, set aboard the Dawn Treader, for another exciting adventure with Caspian X. **Is rereading the book
