Elizabeth Zelda Sidorov.
Still don't know what I was waiting for
And my time was running wild
A million dead-end streets and
Every time I thought I'd got it made
It seemed the taste was not so sweet
So I turned myself to face me
But I've never caught a glimpse
Of how the others must see the faker
I'm much too fast to take that test

race&species: Human from Avra, one of the Lone Islands.
rank: Islander
occupation: Lady-in-waiting to Queen Susan.
THE PHYSICAL
body type: She has a little, rather scrawny figure due to her short height and is rather short for a seventeen year old. The scrawniness is most likely from lack of nutrition on long voyages, sometimes no meat or fruits and vegetables etc..
hair: Bess has long, dark brown hair which sometimes looks black and turns black in the Summer. It is usually either long and loose, or in a braid when she is in her ladies-in-waiting uniform.
eyes: She has small eyes that are a subtle, yet pretty grey-green and almost be would be shaped like an almond if you looked at them sideways.
height: Four foot, 9 inches.
weight: 105 pounds
facial features: Bess has a very childish face being she is so young. Her face is narrow, but she still had some of the childlike roundness to it being she is so young. Thus, she is sometimes mistaken for a little girl who she despises.
clothing: Bess wears dresses of the typical Middle ages/Renaissance style. Normally, she is seen in her ladies-in-waiting uniform which a dress of gold and scarlet and then a thinner red dress which goes over it. When she is not in her ladies-in-waiting dress, Bess is usually seen in the same type of style, which is a dress underneath and then a thinner dress over it, almost like how Drew Barrymore dressed in Ever After.
racial features: She is human.
anything else: There is a small dark brown birthmark on her shoulder which is almost always covered and rarely ever seen.

general personality: Bess is seventeen, meaning she is not a child, but not an adult yet. She is a young girl, sweet and sometimes even sassy. She is very straightforward, and does not care if you are a princess, queen, duke, or emperor. If Bess does not like you, she will show it. However, she will show respect and behave in front of Queen Susan being she is a lady-in-waiting to her. Queen Susan and King Peter are the only people she believes are her superiors.
Like any teenager, Bess enjoys having fun. She likes horses and has a horse of her own, a black and white "piebald" stallion named Stiner. She also likes flowers, and her favorite flower is a tulip. She always keeps a vase of tulips in her room for this. Bess hates to see cruelty and injustice, and will not keep quiet if she sees something she does not like.
Bess is also a very curious girl and this will sometimes get her into trouble, usually a lecture or punishment of some sorts. Since it was only six years ago that the storm happened, Bess is still affected by it and probably will be for a while. You can see it when she goes and hides if there is a thunderstorm or if something heavy is dropped by accident and she jumps 10 feet. Bess will also show it when it is quiet and you come behind her and she jumps.
THE HISTORICAL
parents: Her mother, Marion who was killed in a storm on the island.
She doesn't know who her exact father is, but Captain Cavendish is like her adoptive father.
siblings: She is only child.
history: Bess was born on Avra, one of the Lone Islands. Her mother Marion owned a tavern, where many different people came to stay, from sailors to royals. However, Bess was never interested in the life of a royal as a young girl and wanted to have adventures, so she was often interested in the sailors who stayed at the tavern. As a child, Bess desired to see the world and travel with a ships crew, but she did not wish to leave her mother alone.
When she was eleven, a terrible storm came to the island. Wind and water was everywhere and people were getting hurt. Bess's mother sent her to the high grounds of the large hills and moors in the Northern part of the island while Marion told her she would meet her later on because she said she had to go get her great-Aunt who lived in the Southern part of the island.
Bess stayed by herself for a while, waiting and waiting, but no one ever came for her even after the storm subsided. Not knowing what happened, Bess went back down to the central part of the island where the tavern was, discovering it to be destroyed. She first found the body of her aunt who was all ready dead and then her mother, who was barely alive. Marion told her daughter she wished for her to leave the island and live the life she always wanted, which was to have adventures.
Bess was in grief by her mothers death and banned with the islands other survivors, some in worse condition than Bess herself. About a month after the storm occurred, Captain James Cavendish and his crew came to the island, not knowing things were in such ruin. They were not pirates but friendly and fun-loving sailors with a fun-loving Captain. The Captain met young Bess and became close to her like a father is to his daughter. The crew stayed for about four months, assisting the islands people in rebuilding. Captain James asked Bess if she wanted to join him on his ship and at first, she turned him down, not wanting to leave the death place of her mother.
However, after a talk with Captain Cavendish's First Mate, Francis , Bessie decided to go with them after all, leaving her life on the island behind. Bess was happy with the crew for a while, but when she became an older teenager, Captain Cavendish could see his "daughter" was becoming a woman and needed a better life than living on a ship. When they arrived in Narnia, Bess liked it there and sadly decided to part with Captain Cavendish and his crew, becoming a lady-in-waiting to Queen Susan.

roleplay sample: It was a ridiculously foolish thing to do, but Raoul could not leave Narnia without admiring the grandness Cair Paravel one more time before going home. He had not wanted to make a huge fuss of visiting, so Raoul had decided to sneak around the grounds for a little bit, hoping one of the royals did not see him. The King look up at the enormous castle, being reminded of his own castle in Archenland. It was not as grand or as large as Cair Paravel, yet still Raoul could not live anywhere else. There were so many memories he had made there, from his childhood days of terrorizing nannies to his coronation two years ago.
Raoul wondered if maybe he should go inside and explore for a little bit, trying his best to not be caught. He knew he could not go in through the front door, so he discovered a way to get in through one of the courtyards, climbing the small fence around it. Once inside, Raoul was astonished at beauty of the interior. For a minute, he stood admiring a portrait of the four Pevensies before moving on down the hallways.
Suddenly, Raouls fear came true when he came to a young girl who had closed the door. He eyes widened seeing her, but then remembering both of the Queens had brown hair rather this girl who had black hair. She probably just a lady of the narnian court then, nothing to worry about. Raoul also noticed how incredibly beautiful she was, yet she looked so young. He knew better than to pursue such a young and delicate thing who could be his sister. She looked a little bit like his own mother with her dark hair and dark eyes. Unknowing what to do for a minute, Raoul said "If the Kings and Queens ask, I was never here."
*I know the mary-sue score is a bit high, but she won't be mary-sue I promise!
