OPHELIA 'EYDIE' DRIMALI.And keep you in the rear of your affection, Out of the shot and danger of desire, The chariest maid is prodigal enough If she unmasks her beauty to the moon
OOC alias: ellie experience: 7-8 years. how did you find us: you advertised on the site i admin on. other characters: none rules password: the lantern
THE BASICS name: ophelia 'eydie' drimali nicknames: she goes mainly by eydie. age: 19 years old birthdate: april 2nd race&species: Telmarine rank: middle-class occupation: horse tamer & feeder.
THE PHYSICAL body type: Eydie is a thin girl, more of a tiny frame than anything else. Not starving thin but still rather tiny. hair: eydie has long, dirty blond hair that reaches down to her elbows. Her hair is wavy and thick; a tangled mess. her family and friends have often described it as an untamed mess that she really doesn't need to keep. Her bangs are often hanging over her eyes or in her face, just an over all messy look. eyes: Eydie has a very complicated eye color. It's a bit of a hazel dipped in the recesses of a gray tone. Not very bright. height: 5ft 8in weight: 117 lb facial features: Eydie possesses a heart shaped face with - of course - two eyes and the usual features. Her eyebrows have an almost invisible arch, slightly thin at the edges above her eyes. Long black eyelashes attach to the tips of her eyelids, which are a rather medium size. Her nose has been described often as very mouse like. Its thin on the bridge, and a bit pointed at the top. Though still very small in size. Her lips are a pale pink, and shaped in a very thin manner. clothing: Eydie is not fan of skirts. She either prefers to wear pretty dresses or very relaxed pants with a nice baggy shirt. Boots are her usual choice of wear for feet, and she once more prefers to keep things comfortable. But like most every girl, she likes to get dressed up on occasion and feel sort of pretty. racial features: fa la la :'D anything else: She has a few scars from her past when she was attacked as a child. She's got one across the back of the left calf muscle. And one on her back in a hook shape. playby: esti ginzburg.
THE MENTAL likes: Eydie enjoys reading, conversation, meeting new people, nature, sewing, learning how to fight (even if she's not very good at it), the night sky, the ocean, and dances. Traveling is another hobby of hers, one that she can not regularly embark on. dislikes: The girl is really not a fan of being told who she should be or what she should do, and as you could guess that also means she's not a fan of orders or rules. She doesn't like failing, or losing another person's trust. She's not very fond of being ignored, made fun of, or insulted either. Loneliness, being cooped up in the house, and betrayal are a few other things she's not that fond of. strengths: she's rather good at talking her way out of bad situations, and is a very talented horse back rider. She's very good at swimming as well. Another two things she is good at are maze/puzzle solving, and has good lower body strength. weaknesses: She's not very good at sword fighting or any sort of weapon fighting, she can't navigate worth a snap, she's horrible at focusing on one thing at a time, she's petrified of spiders, and doesn't deal well with being corrected or being wrong. She doesn't deal well with even the smallest amount of pain. She's a perfectionist, which a lot of the time gets in her way. fears: Eydie's greatest two fears are very similar. She's scared that she will one day drown to death, or that someone will attempt to bury her alive. general personality: Eydie overall isn't that complex of a person. She has very simple needs and very simple imperfections. Though the girl is quite the perfectionist, she can never conquer a lot of her imperfections. The girl constantly struggles with them, and does attempt to get better at them. Such things like sword fighting and accepting other people's opinions are things she tries to work on being better at, but still struggles greatly with them. Eydie's a very friendly person, though. She enjoys to meet new people and have in depth conversations with just about anyone on just about anything. She is rather opinionated, but again is trying to learn to listen to another person's opinion. She can be rather stubborn at times and will argue a point until she is breathless and laying on the ground.
Eydie doesn't like to accept defeat easily. Nor is she a weak girl in the sorts. She prefers to put up a fight; even if she isn't the strongest person physically. She will fight with her words and if it comes down to it, run for her life. Being rather crafty, there are times that Eydie can be rather sly and sneaky. If it comes in her advantage to use this and get away with it easily, don't think she won't. She likes to cause a little trouble now and again just to keep things lively. Eydie's a pretty girl, and unfortunately, she's slightly aware of this. Now she's no narcissist, but she does once again use it to her advantage if the situation calls for it. The girl is very curious and often times gets herself into bad situations by being so wondrous. Ever heard the saying 'curiosity killed the cat'? Yeah, Eydie's the cat in that situation. There's not much someone can say to stop her from going somewhere if she wants to know what's there.
Which brings to the point of she loves to travel. Seeing new lands is something she enjoys greatly. It gives her a small sort of thrill to be in a new land, one that's not like her own at home. Of course when she travels, Eydie is nothing but courteous and polite. The girl has great manners and is very respectful for both her elders and her higher ups in rank. She enjoys animals and well just likes nature altogether.
THE HISTORICAL parents: Adele and Julius drimali siblings: younger brother named Atticus, he's 16 years old. history: To put it simply, Eydie was born the unwanted child. She was - as her mother describes it - the 'surprise she never knew she wanted'. Her father, Julius, came up with the name of Ophelia for her. Since the name Ophelia meant 'help', he thought it suited her very well. Not to mention the many tales of a girl named Ophelia drowning herself. Her mother never mentioned to her why she was named Ophelia until about her sixth birthday, which is why she refuses to go by that name to this day. When her baby brother was born, her father was more joyous over that occasion than her own birth. Eydie grew rather envious of the attention her father showered over her baby brother, and would often act out in order to get attention. She became kind of the mischievous child and the problematic child. Her mother Adele still showed Eydie attention, as any loving mother would do. Her father and mother were not of high ranks, and were more common folk than anything else.
About her fifteenth birthday, Eydie's mother grew very ill and passed away. After her mother's death, Atticus and Eydie grew much closer than they had previously been. Eydie put her brother on a pedestal, and felt that he could accomplish more than she ever could. He became her best friend and is to this day someone she greatly loves. Though her father and her still are not very loving, they do know to keep their words more kind than harsh. When Eydie turned seventeen she got a job on a local farm helping to tame and feed the horses. Since she promised her brother one day she'd take him to see some other places, she's placing a lot of her money aside to be able to afford at least one trip for them in the up coming years. Though most of her money goes to help with food and other things for the family.

It was something to do today so she was going to do it. As simple as that. The tall blond let out a rather stressful sigh. Here she stood at her good friend Fionn's office door, trying to open it to no avail. Locked. And no Fionn around to unlock it for her. Not that she'd want him to do that for her. That would just spoil the big surprise she had for him today. You see, she'd heard about Fionn being Serenata's...play toy to put it nicely, and decided to give him a bit of a nice gesture. Cook a cute, lovely lunch that he could pretend he made for the headmistress. See if that would help him not receive such a brutal beating from his mistress. That term being meant in every sense of the word. Setting the little picnic basket down in front of the door, Constance glanced around. There had to be something that she could use to break into this room. As terrible and illegal as it sounded, it was a necessary feat that she had to do in order to get into the room of which was her target. Turning to her shadow Pandolf, who sat in his adorable little rabbit form, Constance shook a finger at him. "Stay here, I'll be right back. I'm going to find a key." Turning on her heels, and not waiting for a reply, Constance skipped off quickly down the hall. She wasn't going too far out of range, so he didn't need to follow on her tail, right? Right. Fair enough in her mind. Besides she liked her space, and she definitely didn't need to be followed twenty four seven. She was a grown ass woman who could protect herself at this point in time.
Listening to the rather harmonious sound of her heels clicking along the ground, Constance hummed to herself, trying to see the closest room that was opened. None so far. And she had already passed three. There was one door open that had a class filled inside. Biting on her lower lip, the angel hesitated. She didn't want to interrupt a class discussion time. Or learning time or what have you. She knew how important a very well based education was, and if someone didn't have a good one, then well, there was no telling what could happen to them. They could end up as prostitutes on a street corner. Which was a term she could not use freely in this town unfortunately. There were many girls who came in with various STDs from whoring themselves around. They may not be doing it as a profession but still, none the less, she had to tell them that they now were the proud owners of herpes or something of that sort. God what was with Manna and girls here liking to have sex every five seconds? Don't get Constance wrong. She enjoyed that sort of sensation as well. But she wasn't one for the one night stand. Or the let's do it in the first day that we've met. Sure things like that have happened with her. Where passion just over ran her brain and that's all she could feel. But she did her best to hold off.
Clearing her throat, the angel shifted her weight self consciously, staring ahead at the room before her. Should she enter? What would she even say? Hi I'm the daughter of Felix asking for the key to get into Fionn's office to leave him a little surprise. Yeah that sounded like a sure fire way to get the cops called on her ass. And frankly she wouldn't last even five seconds in jail. She'd get her ass handed to her. It was hard to believe that these kids in here might grow up to end up in jail for something of that sort of nature. Of course their meaning behind their actions far different from her own. Once more in work she saw many...sad scenes. Kids who were injured greatly. There'd been a couple of times she saw kids who were there for months at a time. But whatever. That yet again was not the point of this trip. She was here to drop off a gift and head out and do something else with her day. Grocery shopping maybe. As boring and dull as that sounded to her. Pacing in her spot for a moment or two, she foiled a plot in her brain. On what her next move would be. Play it safe like a poker game. Keep on your poker face, don't let the other players know what you were really up to.
Oh well, let's get this little game roll on the table. Might as well do it with a little bit of pizazz as well. Reaching up, the girl took out her pony tail, letting her long blond hair fall back down over her back and shoulders, fluffing at it to get it to its regular voluminous state. Okay now game time. Walking into the room calmly with hair a-bounce, Constance rapped lightly on the open door, waving a friendly hello to the room filled with students. Probably a mix of seniors and juniors from the looks of things. Walking over to the teacher without hesitation, the girl held out her hand for him to take as she said, "Hello, I'm Nurse de London. I'm here to drop off Fionn's medication for his...problem. But unfortunately the door seems to be locked." The teacher stood there, rather shocked that this random woman just waltzed in his room in the middle of a session. He pointed in the direction of his class and said rather boredly, "I'll send one of my student's out to help you in a moment or two miss." Stiffening up her muscles slightly at the man's tone of voice, Constance kept a smile upon her lips as she nodded and said her thank yous before departing from the room.
Once out, she loosened up, frowning heavily. Grumbling softly under her breath like a child who'd been told not to eat a cookie, "Meanie." Walking back over to Fionn's office, Constance leaned against the door, messing with her hair as she waited. Nothing to do but wait now, right?

So pretty much everything looks good except the physical description. There was a bit of inconsistency in there, most notably in the hair section and we'd really appreciate it if you fixed that up. Also, there were some odd phrasings used in a few places, such as 'taken very well care of it', and just for reference we wanted to ask if english was your first language? Thanks!
